🌈 Pride 2026 — Daily Update (12 Sept 2025)
🌍 51 countries scapegoated LGBTQ+ people in elections last year.
This isn’t “politics as usual” — it’s lives, dignity, and equality being used as tools of fear. Pride isn’t just rainbows in the summer; it’s resistance, it’s visibility, and it’s standing strong against those who weaponise our existence.
✊🏳️🌈 Pride 2026 stands with every community under attack. We’re not going anywhere.
🌈✨ Pride is for all of us. Yesterday, PBS highlighted “Disability Pride” — a powerful reminder that our movement is strongest when every identity within our community is seen and heard.
Being LGBTQ+ can mean navigating multiple challenges — queer and disabled, queer and neurodiverse, queer and a person of colour. Intersectionality is not just a buzzword; it’s the reality of our lives.
💜 Let’s make sure Pride spaces welcome everyone.

⚖️ Holding both struggle and strength. Reports revealed LGBTQ+ people were scapegoated in elections across 51 countries — proof that we still face global hostility. But alongside the darkness, stories of Disability Pride shine through — voices embracing identity and challenging stigma.
Pride 2026 is about holding both truths: the fight continues, but so does our joy, creativity, and resilience. 🌈🔥
